Although he is an Automoton, Arcel greatly resembles a human. His face is almost identical to that of a human's, although it may have a metallic shine to it at times. His eyes are grey in color. His whole body is very sleek and metallic as well. However, his body is where most of his human-like features take a mechanical turn. Arcel wears a grey helmet with a metallic red boomerang-like formation on his forehead, arching all the way to the back of his helmet. A triangular blue gem is placed on the center of his forehead in between the red "V" shaped arc on his helmet. This gem may glow at times or flash red if Arcel is heavily damaged. It will become grey in color if Arcel dies. A long, white diamond shaped piece of metal is placed where his ears should be, and a red band of steel wraps around the middle of it. The bottom of his helmet has a white rim. This helmet is part of Arcel, so it cannot be removed- unless of course someone chops it off in battle. Perhaps his most striking feature is his long blond hair that flows freely about. 

He also wears a red vest that stretches down to his stomach. The upper collar of his vest has a yellow rim, and a thin black line runs down the middle of it before wrapping around horizontally near the bottom. He also has two short, yellow diagonal stripes on each side of his vest. His upper arms, legs, and lower torso are coated in a black layer of metal. A white layer of metal that extends from his waist connects his legs to his torso. His lower arms are enveloped by a thicker layer of red metal with a yellow ring-like formation around his wrists. The palms of his hands are a black color while his fingers are white. Similar to his arms, Arcel's shoes are also coated in a thicker layer of red. Two yellow rings wrap around his ankles, and the bases of his feet are a black color.

Hello Arcel and welcome to the site!

Unfortunately, I don't think we are going to be able to allow Megaman X as a face claim because it doesn't really fit the theme of the board (fantasy/steampunk). I am afraid that Megaman X is too futuristic.

Might I suggest looking at google for a steampunk stylization of megaman?

If you would like to have a human face your character would need to be a human, although you could have steampunk stylized enhancements to create the type of character I think you are going for.
